Policies

The website is exclusively open to individuals from Jacksonville or Orlando who have been invited to participate. Any orders placed by individuals who do not qualify for the sale will be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for items that were ordered but are unavailable at the time of pickup. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule a pickup time and collect their order during that window.

If items are not collected during the scheduled time, Jacksonville Kollel is not obligated to hold them. While we will do our best toprovide additional pickup time, we take no responsibility for the storage of cold items.

Payment methods

We only accept credit card payments through the website. We do not offer off-website ordering
